A Summary of Our Fees and Service Costs
Our scale of fees for lump sum Investments or pensions is:-
| Less than £25,000 | Up to 5% of the amount invested |
| £25,000 - £100,000 | Up to 4% of the amount invested |
| £100,001 - £250,000 | Up to 3% of the amount invested |
| £250,001 + | Up to 2% of the amount invested |
- For regular premium savings and investment plans we charge a fee based on the monthly amount paid of up to 5% of each payment for the life of the plan.
- For regular premium pension plans our fee will be up to 50% of the first years annualised premium.
- If you take out an Investment or Pension plan we will provide you with ongoing advice and service in relation to your plan/s. The cost of this will be between 0.5% and 1% of the total of you funds invested. For this fee we will provide you with some or all of the following, at least annual contact either by phone, email or post. This will cover information on your investment and relevant industry news. If you require we will provide an annual review meeting to confirm the ongoing suitability of your plan/s and administer any amendments required. You will also have direct contact details of your personal adviser via phone or email.
- For Mortgages we charge a fee for our advice of £250 this fee may in some instances be waived if you address any other financial requirements that we highlight for you.
- For Insurance including life assurance, income protection, critical illness and general insurance products we are paid a commission by the product provider if you take out a plan.
- For annuities we are paid a commission by the provider of your annuity this ranges between 1 and 3% of the annuity purchase amount.
- If you wish us to undertake a review of your existing products we will charge a fee £50 per fund for investment funds and £25 per life policy.
- Alternatively we can carry out work on your behalf on a time-cost basis. Our hourly fee for this is £100 per hour. We will provide you with an estimate of the time any advice required will take.
- We will provide an initial get to know you meeting which will be at our expense and agree with you in advance how we will be remunerated before any work is undertaken.
